Allow me to set the tone for you …
My husband and myself had taken on a few BIG projects over the last few months; renovating an entire house, managing 2 other properties, all while moving our gym/business to a new location -Naturally this has had an effect on my physical and mental health.
It was time to refocus. I needed to change something.
My eating habits were not bad, my workouts were still consistent (training at least 5x/week), but something was missing.
Due to the amount of stress I was under, my body was not responding like it had in the past to my workouts. I was feeling tired all the time instead of energized. I started to rely heavily on coffee and sugar free energy drinks (which by the way, did not help my situation by any means). I needed to recharge my body, and cleanse it from all the toxic chemicals I had consumed (coffee, alcohol, sugar, and dairy (mostly cheese – as much as I hate to admit it, cheese just doesn’t agree well with my body even if it’s on a salad).
After confiding in a friend about my stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and recent weight gain, he told me about a nutrition program he was on, the 24 Day JumpStart program. To be perfectly honest, I blew him off. I thought, “I don’t have time to add one more thing to my plate”. This was not the first time that I had heard of the program which involves a comprehensive yet very manageable plan of healthy eating habits and supplementation. However, prior to speaking with my friend, I’ve always been leary and skeptical of supplements. Then I saw him, and the results that he had after trying the program and I thought, “what have I got to lose”.
I’m sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, and frankly I didn’t have anymore time to waste feeling that way. Sooooo I trusted my gut, lol.

My performance over the last 6 weeks:
- Able to complete several strict muscle ups- a goal of mine for over the last 5 years! thought I’d give it shot and much to my surprise I was able to complete several.
- 100 double unders unbroken, under a min
- 73 air squats in 1 min (beat my personal best by 10 reps)
- 5 lb gain in shoulder press (I was stuck at this weight for about 2 years)
- 15 lb gain in 5 rep max back squat (mind blown)

I noticed from the 24-day JumpStart that my skin started to clear up! If that alone was my result, I would have been totally fine with that, but it didn’t stop there. I noticed that my cravings went away between meals! This has helped so much! I realized that I was not actually hungry before, it was ‘stress eating’.
My stress management has improved significantly because I’ve been able to focus more on my work as well as gained energy for my personal fitness training!
This is a HUGE win for an entrepreneur. I also learned that this is something that I can afford to do. I was always under the impression that it would cost a ton to maintain this lifestyle, but it is totally manageable. As a fitness professional, I highly recommend this nutrition program to my clients, family, and friends.
