1-on-1 Personal Training (RS Style)
Through your 1-on-1 personal training sessions, you will receive the coach’s undivided attention. Your trainer will create a fitness plan just for you and your specific needs! It is our goal at RaceStart (RS) to help encourage, support, and recognize when you need an extra push, and when it’s time to call it a day. At RS we do more than instruct and guide you- We explain how specific movements will benefit you now and in the future. You will gain a knowledge of proper form and technique. For faster results, we use varied compound movements with busts of high levels of intensity. During your training, RS will continue to challenge you by changing up reps, loads, and distances. We will track your weights and record your times of tasks completed- This allows for overall sustained fitness and better health. This method will help improve any areas of weakness and build the foundations of a healthy fitness program. Watch and feel the difference when you gain confidence, strength, stamina, and while you retain flexibility.
